How do I report an issue from Procore's mobile app?

If you discover an issue within Procore's mobile app, please send a report directly from your mobile device so that we can investigate and escalate the issue. To report an issue with Procore's iOS or Android app, see the instructions below.

Report an APP issue from an iOS Mobile Device

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device. 
  2. Navigate to the Sidebar screen by tapping your avatar circle next to the menu icon-hamburger-menu-mobile.pngicon.
  3. Tap Support & Feedback  icon-help.png
  4. Tap Report App Issue.
  5. Enter information about the Procore app issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
    Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message. 
  6. Tap Send Logs to Support.

Report an APP issue from an Android Mobile Device

  1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device. 
  2. Navigate to the Sidebar screen by tapping your avatar circle next to the menu icon-hamburger-menu-mobile.pngicon.
  3. Under 'Support & Feedback', tap Report a Problem.
  4. Enter information about the Procore app issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
    Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message. 
  5. Tap Report Problem.
