How will I know when my payment application or variation is approved or rejected in Portfolio Financials?

Answer

You will receive an email notification after an item that you submitted in Portfolio Financials has been approved or rejected.

In addition, you can also log in to your Portfolio Financials account any time to check for updates. The status of your items can be viewed within the Payment applications and Variations tabs of the Contract Room (shown below).
