What is Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)?

Answer

In Procore, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a method for deconstructing a complex construction project into a hierarchy of logical work segments. Your segments define all of the required activities to complete the project. Procore's WBS lets your company's Procore Administrator create a customised breakdown that represents your construction job and you can use it to manage and measure the financial costs and revenue aspects of your construction project.
