Who receives a notification when an item is rejected from ERP?

Different users may receive email notifications regarding an item rejected from the ERP tool. Notifications vary depending on the type of item that is rejected.

Notifications for items rejected from ERP are sent according to the table below. Please note that the ability to send an item to ERP is dependent on the type of ERP integration your company has enabled (for example, Sage 300 CRE®, QuickBooks® or
