Why is my tender package missing from the Planroom?

There are several possible reasons why your tenderers can't access the tender package they've been invited to place a tender on:
- The tender package is closed: This can be done by editing a tender package on the project. Once closed, tenderers lose all access to the tender package. See Edit a Tender Package.
- The tenderers were not invited: A quick check is to look at your Tender List and ensure that there are recipients for each company invited to tender. If no users are selected, the company will not have access to the tender package.
Note: Procore will automatically give users access to the company Planroom tool when they are invited to place a tender on a project. You should not need to adjust their permissions.
