Why isn't Procore Sync updating?

The Procore Sync application will be discontinued on September 30, 2022, after which you will no longer be able to use this application. We will continue to support the application until that date. For additional information, please refer to Procore Sync: End of Support for the Procore Sync Application or reach out to your Procore point of contact for more information.

Procore Sync updates automatically. However, certain settings can prevent Sync from updating on your computer.

If the application is unable to update, you may receive the following error message:
"Procore Sync failed to determine if new updates are available. Try again by restarting your computer and opening Procore Sync. Contact your system administrator if this issue continues."
