Review and Approve Pending Entries (Android)

Objective

To review and approve pending entries for the Site Diary tool using an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' permissions on the Site Diary tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Site Diary tool using an Android mobile device.
  2. If there are pending entries for any day, a yellow banner exists at the top of the log.

  3. Tap View in the banner.
    Note: This reveals all pending entries for the Site Diary tool. 
  4. Review the pending entries.
    Tip! Tap an entry to view the full entry.
  5. Approve entries individually or all at once.
    • To approve one entry at a time:
      1. Tap the entry.
      2. Swipe across Approve Entry.

    • To approve all entries for the project.
      1. Swipe across Approve All Entries.
