Create an Observation from a Location (Android)

To create an observation from the Locations tool using an Android mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Observations tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
- Tap the QR Code
icon to scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
OR
Tap the location.
Tip
Tap the
expand arrow 
next to a location to see the sub locations.
- If prompted, tap View Details.
- Tap the add
icon and select Observations.
- Select a template to use for the new item or tap + Create Observation Without a Template.
- Select a type for the observation.
- Tap into the fields to enter the appropriate information. See Create an Observation (Android).
- Tap Create.
Note: The observation is automatically added to the location and the Observations tool.
