Import a Timecard into a Daywork Sheet (Android)

Objective 

To import a Timecard into a Time and Materials sheet in the Daywork Sheets tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider 

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Project's Daywork Sheets tool.
  • 'Read-only' or higher on the Project's Timesheets tool.

Prerequisites 

• Create a Timecard

Steps 

1. Navigate to the Daywork Sheets tool using an Android mobile device.
2. Tap the Create  icon.
3. Fill in the required Description and Performed on fields for your Daywork Sheet.
4. Scroll to the Labour section and select Import Timecards.
5. Select the timecards you want to import. You search for timecards by employee name or filter the timecards by Cost Code.
6. Tap Import.
