Track Non-Commitment Costs on Change Events

For self-performed or general condition items, if you enter an anticipated cost amount that is different than the ROM amount, this can be reflected in the Budget and will be added to the “Latest Cost” of the Change Event.

In August 2019, Procore was updated to removed the 'Non-Commitment Costs' tickbox from the project's Admin tool and to add the 'Show Non-Commitment Costs Column' setting to the Configure Settings page of the Change Events tool. See Configure Advanced Settings: Change Events
