Payment applications and Payment Applications: Payment applications Updates

The following changes have been made to the tools for payment applications (Payment applications in the Commitment tool and Payment Applications in the Main Contract tool):

  1. Payment Applications:
  • Custom billing groups. 
  • Showing variation values in line with the original BOQ values
  1. Payment applications: 
  • Creating a General BOQ
  • Allowing your (sub)contractors to collaborate in the breakdown of that BOQ for use on the Payment application. See "Create Commitment Subcontractor Bill of Quantities" in the See Also section below. 
  1. Renaming Payment Applications and Payment applications. See "What happened to Payment applications and Payment Applications?" in the See Also section below.
  • Within the Commitments tool, Payment applications are renamed to Payment applications.
  • Within the Main Contract tool, Payment Applicationsare renamed to Payment applications.
  • Within a project, but outside the Commitments tool, Payment applications are renamed to Subcontractor Payment applications.
  • Within the project, but outside the Main Contract tool, Payment Applications are renamed to Main Contract Payment Applications.
  • At a company level, Payment applications are renamed to Subcontractor Payment applications and Payment Applications are renamed to Main Contract Payment Applications.
