Payment applications and Payment Applications: Payment applications Updates
The following changes have been made to the tools for payment applications (Payment applications in the Commitment tool and Payment Applications in the Main Contract tool):
- Payment Applications:
- Custom billing groups.
- Showing variation values in line with the original BOQ values
- Payment applications:
- Creating a General BOQ
- Allowing your (sub)contractors to collaborate in the breakdown of that BOQ for use on the Payment application. See "Create Commitment Subcontractor Bill of Quantities" in the See Also section below.
- Renaming Payment Applications and Payment applications. See "What happened to Payment applications and Payment Applications?" in the See Also section below.
- Within the Commitments tool, Payment applications are renamed to Payment applications.
- Within the Main Contract tool, Payment Applicationsare renamed to Payment applications.
- Within a project, but outside the Commitments tool, Payment applications are renamed to Subcontractor Payment applications.
- Within the project, but outside the Main Contract tool, Payment Applications are renamed to Main Contract Payment Applications.
- At a company level, Payment applications are renamed to Subcontractor Payment applications and Payment Applications are renamed to Main Contract Payment Applications.
