Commitments & Directory: Insurance Expiration Emails Sent to Payment application and Primary Contacts

Previously, when a vendor's insurance policy was set to expire in Procore, the system sent your company's Internal Insurance Manager (see Designate an Insurance Manager for Your Procore Company) an automated email notification within two (2) weeks of an insurance policy's expiration date.

Now, a vendor's Payment application Contact (see Add a Company to the Company Directory or Create a Subcontract) and a Primary Contact will also receive an automated email notification as well. 

Procore will send the insurance manager and payment application contact a daily email notification until the expiring information is updated. A payment application contact can be created at your company's Directory tool or your project's Commitments tool (see Add a Company to the Company Directory or Create a Subcontract).
