Portfolio Financials: New Export and PDF Customization Options for Contracts and Variations

Procore has added the ability for contracts and variations in Portfolio Financials to be exported to PDF or DOCX files. Previously, the only way to export information from the contracts in Portfolio Financials was as the BOQ and the contract or variation document itself could not be created or exported within Portfolio Financials. This meant that users had to enter the information for the Contract and Variation to exist in Portfolio Finanicals and also use an external source to create the actual documents.
With this release, the contract and variation PDF/DOCX file can now be generated directly within Portfolio Financials and exported as a PDF or DOCX, allowing users to leverage the information in the system and reduce double entry.

If the fields on the default contract and variation documents in Procore do not meet the requirements of your organisation, Company Admins can now work with our Custom Solutions team to have a customised PDF form to use instead. One contract template and one variation template can be created per account.
