Project Financials: Added the Enhanced Line Item Experience to Variations

Procore has released an enhanced financial line item experience for the Variations tool. This update is a next step to Procore's larger initiative, which was released in January 2020, that added the enhanced line item experience to Procore's Project Financials tools. For more detail about the enhanced experience, see Project Financials: Enhanced Financial Line Item Experience.

Example

The illustration below shows you the enhanced line item experience of a Commitment Potential Variation. You'll see similar enhancement on variations as detailed below.

Details

 Important
To receive the update on your project's variations, the Change Events tool must be enabled in your company account and added to the Project Tools menu. 

This update added the enhanced line item experience to these functions:

  • Commitment Variations
  • Commitment Potential Variations 
  • Main Contract Variations 
  • Main Potential Potential Variations
