RFIs: New PDF Export Option to Include Attachments

This announcement represents a single point in time. Future releases may impact the information below.
Feature Released: August 11, 2021

Include Attachments When Exporting an RFI

Procore has updated the options available when exporting an individual RFI to now include any or all attachments that were added to the RFI or its responses. If all attachments selected are PDFs, the export can combine the attachments (along with a Procore-generated summary PDF of the RFI) into one PDF file. Alternatively, the attachments (any combination of PDFs and other supported file formats) and the Procore-generated summary PDF can be exported as separate files in a .zip folder. See Export an RFI.

The responses included in PDF exports of individual RFIs continue to be configurable to include all responses to the RFI or to only include responses that were marked as 'Official'. Depending on your company's configuration settings for the project's RFIs tool (see Configure Advanced Settings: RFIs) users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool may only be able to include 'Official' responses in their PDF exports unless they are the RFI's creator (creators must have 'Standard' level permissions on the tool with the 'Act as RFI Manager' granular permission), the RFI Manager, an Assignee or a Distribution List member on the RFI.
