Site Instructions: New Instruction Type Drop-Down List

For our customers in Australia/New Zealand, we've updated the Project level Site Instructions tool so that a user with 'Admin' level permission can now create a list of 'Instruction Types' which can then be selected by user who create new site instructions.
Example
The following illustration shows you then new 'Instructions Types' area in the Configure Settings page.
