On February 5, 2019, Procore began rolling out a new feature that will allow project users to add new company and contact records to the Company level Directory tool while using the Tendering tool's Search for Tenderers feature. Change Events
Limited Beta: Reflect Horizontal Markup in Change Events

This beta update is currently only available to existing clients and allows Horizontal Markup to now be reflected in the mark up line of Change Events. Previously, only vertical markup was being calculated for Revenue Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). Now both horizontal and vertical markup are calculated for Revenue ROM.

ERP Integrations
Rollout of Export Subcontractor Payment applications for QuickBooks is Complete (5/2/2019)

Procore has completed the rollout of a new feature for the Company level ERP Integrations tool. This feature lets your project users eliminate double-entry and save time by allowing payment applications created in Procore's Commitments tool to be exported to your company's integrated QuickBooks system.  See Export Subcontractor Payment applications from Procore to QuickBooks.

New Transaction Date Field for MCV Exports (7/2/2019)

Procore has added new Transaction Date field to the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration. It can now be used by accounting approvers when exporting Main Contract Variations (MCVs) to Sage 300 CRE®. See Accept or Reject a MCV for Export to Sage 300 CRE®.

New Unlink Button for Commitments Synced with QuickBooks (5/2/2019)

When a commitment in a Procore project is synced with QuickBooks®, a link is created between the records stored in each system. Sometimes, users will inadvertently export a commitment from Procore and then discover that the commitment's data as exported was incorrect. When this occurs, the records in both systems will need to be deleted manually and then the correct information must be re-entered in Procore and exported to the integrated ERP system. See Unlink Commitments Synced with QuickBooks.
