Below are notable changes to Procore for the week ending Friday, March 23, 2019.

Core Tools
Admin
Download Plugin and Import Locations from Revit® to Procore (19/3/2019)

Previously, locations could only be added manually in the project's Admin tool or filled in on a Microsoft Excel file to be imported by Procore Support or your Procore point of contact. See Add Tiered Locations to a Project or Request a Multi-tiered Locations Import. If you use Autodesk® Revit® and already have locations established, you can now import these locations directly to your Procore project quickly and easily using the Procore plug-in for Revit®. See Download the Procore Plug-In for Revit®

Documents
New Upload Button for Documents (19/3/2019)

The file upload function has been moved to the new orange button in the Documents tool's user interface.

Product Management

Coordination Issues
New Download Plugin Link (19/3/2019)

If your company is using Procore with Autodesk® Navisworks®, a new download plugin link has been added to the project's Admin tool and the project's Co-ordination Issues tools. See Download the Procore Plug-In for Co-ordination Issues.

Drawings
Search Text Within Drawings (19/3/2019)

You can now search for text that appears on your drawings such as, “cafeteria,” “bike rack,” or a specific door or window tag. Procore also highlights the search term on each drawing, making it easier to find what you are looking for. See Drawings: Search Text Within Drawings.

Delete Sage 300 CRE® Project Cost Codes in Procore (23/3/2019)

Users with 'Admin' level permission on the project's Admin tool will now have the ability to delete project cost codes that have previously been synced with an ERP system. The only requirement is that the cost code must first be deleted in Sage 300 CRE®. See Delete Project Cost Codes from a Procore + Sage 300 CRE Project.
