Coordination Issues
New Activity Column
Added a new Activity column on the tool's home page to provide users with the ability to more quickly identify whether or not an issue has additional comments. See View the Activity Feed of a Co-ordination Issue.
Procore for Outlook
Updated the User Experience for the Microsoft Outlook Add-In
If you are using the Procore for Outlook add-in, Procore has updated the user experience. Now when you log into Procore and select a company and project, you are forwarded to the project's Home page to be consistent with the Procore web application experience. Proore has also added new functionality for creating items in Observations, Tasks and Change Events. See Procore for Outlook.
Submittals
Added Cost Code and Sub Jobs to Bulk Actions > Edit Menu
You can now modify submittals in a back using the new Cost Code and Sub Job menu options in the Bulk Actions > Edit menu. See Use Bulk Actions > Edit in the Submittals Tool.
Quality & Safety
Inspections
Added 'Trade' Option to Group By Menu (22/07/2019)
You can now group your inspections on the List tab of the Inspections tool by trade. To learn how, see Group Inspections on the List Page.
Snag List
Improved Accuracy of Assignee Table
Updated the Assignee table so it more clearly indicates whether or not an assignee left a response and whether or not an assignee responded on the assignee's behalf. See Snag List
