Core Tools

Admin
Increased Custom Field Limit for the Incidents Tool

Procore has increased the custom field limit for each component of the Incidents tool from 10 to 15. This includes increased limits for Incident General Information, Injury Illness Records, Property Damage Records, Environmental Records, Near Miss Records, Witness Statements and Actions. See Create New Custom Fields.

App Management
New App Marketplace Metrics

App Management Metrics allows users with the appropriate permissions to view detailed information on user and project-specific usage of installed applications. This data provides greater insight on how users are leveraging and interacting with third-party applications. See What are App Management Metrics and how do I access them?

Reports
Added 'Overdue' Field to Custom 'Schedule Tasks' Reports

'Overdue' has been added as a reportable field for 'Schedule Tasks' in the Project and Company level Reports tools. Users can now report on 'Overdue' programme tasks, as well as filter and group programme tasks by 'Overdue'. See Create a Custom Project Report and Create a Custom Company Report.

Export Subcontractor Payment applications with a Custom Description with Sage 300 CRE®

Companies integrated with Sage 300 CRE® now have the ability to export subcontractor payment applications from Procore to Sage 300 CRE® with a custom description. Prior to export, accounting approvers now have the option to enter a custom description in Procore that will be entered as the description on the payment application in the Sage 300 CRE® AP module.  To use this feature, see Accept or Reject Subcontractor Payment applications for Export to Sage 300 CRE®.

Timesheets
New Bulk Actions Menu Options & Improved Pagination

Procore has added two new options in the Bulk Actions menu of the Company level Timesheets tool—Edit and Duplicate. To learn more, see Edit Your Company's Timesheets in Bulk and Duplicate Your Company's Timesheets in Bulk. In addition, a new Employees drop-down list lets you select how many employee's appears on a single page.
