Redesign for PDF Exports of Observations

Procore has updated the design of PDF exports for items from the project's Observations tool. See Export Observations as a PDF or CSV.

Programme

Procore Lookaheads Feature Now Available in the Programme Tool

Procore has released its new Lookaheads functionality within the project level Programme tool. This feature allows users to create programme subtasks based off their integrated master programme file. Lookaheads operates separate from the master programme file and modifications to a Lookahead do NOT impact an integrated master programme. Lookaheads can be created to range from 1-6 weeks. See Create a Lookahead Programme.

Submittals

Add Markups and Personal Stamps to Submittal PDF Attachments in Procore

Procore has released updates to the PDF viewer in the project's Submittals tool that allow users who have the current Action Required By responsibility for a submittal to add markups to the submittal's PDF attachments in the Procore web application. See Review Submittal PDF Attachments. Users can also upload one or more personal stamps that can be used in addition to the markup tools provided by Procore. See Manage Personal Submittal Markup Stamps.

New Submittal Configuration Setting for Submittal Attachments Sent in Procore Emails

Procore has added a configuration setting in the project's Submittals tool to allow submittal attachments (added in the submittal's General Information or in a workflow step) sent in Procore emails to be downloaded without requiring email recipients to log in to Procore. If the setting is configured to allow recipients to download the attachments without logging in to Procore, the submittal attachment download links will expire after 14 days from the notification email's sent date. See Configure Settings: Submittals Tool.

Timesheets

New Multi-Tier Approval for Timekeeping

Procore has updated the Timesheets tools to support multi-tier approval. You'll see the new 'Reviewed' status in the Project level Timesheets tools and a 'Completed' status in the Company level Timesheets tool. This provides your team with improved visibility into timecard entries on a project and also ensures greater accuracy to help ensure that timecard entry mistakes are caught earlier in the review process. We've also updated the permissions templates feature to include a new 'Review & Edit Timesheets' granular permission for the Project level Timesheets tool. You'll also see a new 'Date' column for individual timecard entries. To learn more, see Timesheets: Multi-Tier Approval for Timekeeping.
