Admin

Updated Design for Creating Correspondence Types and Adding Template Correspondence Types

Procore has made design improvements to the steps for creating a correspondence type and adding template correspondence types. These two options are now accessible from the same button in the Correspondence settings of the Company level Admin tool. See Create a New Correspondence Type and Add a Template Correspondence Type. Additionally, when you create a new correspondence type, the system will suggest similarly named template correspondence types based on the text you enter for the correspondence type's name.

Site Diary

New Custom Field Types Added For the Site Diary

The following field types are now available to use for custom fields in the Manpower Diary, Notes Diary and Visitor Log: Rich Text, Tool User (Single Select), Project Directory User - (Single Select), and Project Directory User - (Multi-Select). See Create New Custom Fields.

Commitments

Updated the User Experience for Importing a Bill of Quantities from a CSV File 

On Thursday, February 24, 2022, Procore began deploying an updated user experience for importing a commitment's 'Bill of Quantities' from a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. The new experience will be gradually deployed to Procore users over the next week and will be available to users in both the legacy and beta experience of the project's Commitments tool. Main Contracts

Updated the User Experience for Importing a Bill of Quantities from a CSV File

On Thursday, February 24, 2022, Procore began deploying an updated user experience for importing a main contract's 'Bill of Quantities' from a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. The new experience will be gradually deployed to Procore users over the next week and will be available to users in both the legacy and beta experience of the project's Main Contracts tool.
