Unique Entity IDs now supported in Company Level Admin Tool SSO configuration

Users can now set up unique SSO configurations across multiple Procore company instances while using a single Identity Provider (IdP) tenant, by leveraging Unique Entity IDs. See Support for Unique Entity IDs in Single Sign-On.

Reports

Excel File Type Option Added for Distributing Custom Reports Created with Enhanced Reporting

Procore has updated the distribution functionality for custom reports created with Enhanced Reporting. Users can now distribute and programme distributions for custom reports as Excel files. See Distribute a Snapshot of a Custom Company Report and Distribute a Snapshot of a Custom Project Report.

Preconstruction

Project Management

Correspondence

Updated User Permissions for Managing Related Items on Correspondence Items

Procore has updated the required user permissions for adding, editing or deleting related items on correspondence items. Users with 'Standard' level permissions or higher on a correspondence type can now perform these tasks on correspondence items that they have created. See Add a Related Item to a Correspondence Item.

Models

View All Properties for Objects in a Model

Procore has added 'Default' and 'All Properties' tabs to the Properties window so that you can view and search all properties when needed. See View a Model. Previously, only a specific set of properties were displayed, which are now shown under 'Default'.

Submittals

Submittals Tool Modernised Experience

Procore has released several design and performance updates to the Submittals tool. These updates provide users with a more consistent and optimised experience when creating and managing submittals in Procore. See Submittals: Modernised Submittals Experience.

Financial Management

ERP Integrations

Received Date Syncing for Direct Costs in Procore

With Received Date syncing for the Direct Costs tool, users can now enjoy the added benefit of using the pre-fill function in Owner Payment applications to pull in Direct Costs with a Received Date that falls within a payment application's selected billing period. This function was previously unavailable because the pre-fill function requires a date entry to determine if a cost falls within the relevant billing period.

To learn more about the details of this function, see Integration by Ryvit: Received Date Syncing for Direct Costs in Procore.
