Apply a Template in the Tender Board Tool

Objective

To apply a template in an existing project within the Tender Board or Portfolio Planning tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions for the Tender Board tool.
  • Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.
  • A template can only be applied to projects that haven't been added to the Portfolio tool.
  • All settings on the Tender Package Default Settings page are carried over to new projects.
  • All estimates and data, except the Quantity column, are carried over to new projects.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Tender Board or Portfolio Planning tool.
  2. Locate the project you want to apply a project template to. 
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.pngicon at the end of the row.
  4. Select Apply Project Template.

  5. Choose the project template from the drop-down list that you want to apply to your project.
  6. Click Apply.
