Delete a Project in the Tender Board

Objective

To delete projects from the Tender Board or Portfolio Planning tool.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions for the Tender Board tool.
• Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.
• Deleted projects are archived before they are deleted permanently.
• Permanently deleting a project cannot be undone.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Tender Board or Portfolio Planning tool.
2. Click on the project you want to delete.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis .
4. Click Delete.
   The project will be archived for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you want to permanently delete the project before then, take the following steps:
5. Click on the Archive tab.
6. Click the vertical ellipsis  next to the project you want to delete.
7. Click Delete Permanently.
8. Click Delete Permanently to permanently delete the project.
