Refresh Tender Contacts for Connected Companies in the Company Directory

Objective

To refresh tender contacts in the Company level Directory for connected companies.

Background

A connected company is a business or organisation that is listed on the Procore Construction Network and added as a company in your Company level Directory tool. While you can edit and maintain some of the business’s information in your Company level Directory, the business also has a public profile with information that they maintain. 

If tender contacts have changed for the connected company, you can refresh the tender contacts in your Company level Directory.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions
• This is only for connected companies. For locally saved companies, you can manually Set Tenderer Information at the Company Level.
• Refreshing tender contacts automatically adds the tender contacts as 'connected users' in your Directory.
• Tender contacts added manually from your directory will remain when you refresh. See Set Tenderer Information at the Company Level.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Company level Directory.
2. Click Companies.
3. Click View next to the company.
4. Under the 'Contacts' section, click Refresh Tender Contacts.
