Below are notable changes to the company's ERP Integrations tool for 2017.
A new ERP Accountant badge appears in the Company and Project level Directory (Beta View). This denotes users who have been designated as accounting approvers.
Added a hyperlink to the vendor name's listed on the page that appears when you click the 'Ready to Export' filter in the ERP Integrations tool's Vendor tab.
Updated the ERP Integrations tool so that now, when the 'Sub Jobs' tab is active, users can click 'Synced' under 'Filters' in the right sidebar. This reveals the 'Synced Sub Jobs' page. For each project, this page shows the project name/number and table displaying Sage 300 CRE IDs and their corresponding Sub Job names.
The hh2 service recently updated the hh2 API to correctly handle deleted categories in Sage 300 CRE. Procore no longer imports or displays deleted categories in the ERP Integrations tool for Sage-integrated companies.
Updated the Project level Commitments tool to add ERP sync banners to the Title column of the Commitments-Summary table and to the Contract view and edit pages to show the sync status of the item between Procore and the integrated ERP system. See What do the ERP icons mean?
Updated the ERP Integrations tool so that now, the tabbed pages in the tool will only be visible when the corresponding Procore tool is an active tool on one of the company's projects. For example, the Budget tool in the ERP Integrations tool will only display if the Budget tool is an active tab on a project.
Updated the ERP Integrations tool to add a 'Details' button to the table in the Budget tool. This lets accounting approvers view the Original Budget and Budget Updates before accepting or rejecting the budget for export to the integrated ERP system. See Accept or Reject a Budget for Export to Sage 300 CRE, Accept or Reject a Budget for Export to Spectrum, and Accept or Reject a Budget for Export to QuickBooks.
For users that have enabled the ERP Integrations tool, updated the Budgeting Configuration page in the company's Admin tool. Users can now select a new 'Procore ERP Budget' Standard View when setting up a new budget view for the project's Budget tool. See Set Up a New Budget View.
Updated the ERP Integrations tool so it now has the Configure Settings icon (i.e., the cog) in the header. The export also shows correct formatting and the top panel of sidebar will not have a top border.
Removed the lock on inline editing of the Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for Main Potential Variations (MCVs) for ERP-integrated projects.
Updated the ERP Integrations tool to change how the system determines the maximum character length for the 'Title' of a commitment. See What is the maximum character length of a commitment's 'Title'? for more information.
Updated the Job Costs tab in the ERP Integrations tool so that the Job drop-down list now sorts items alpha-numerically and any sub job will include the number in the display.
Updated ERP Job Cost tab in the ERP Integrations tool so user's can now filter out any cost code category combinations that have no transactions tied to them.
Updated the ERP Integrations tool so that now, if a Vendor is imported into a client's company account and that Vendor is not located within the same country as the client doing the import, the system will backfill the 'Country' value for the Vendor being imported. This gives Procore clients the ability to import vendor records for business entities that are located outside of their company's account's home country.
