View the Project Email Address Report

Objective

To view the project email address report to view a tab's inbound email address per project.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the Company level Reports tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Reports tool.
  2. Under 'Canned Reports', click Project Email Addresses & Fax Info.

    The report displays a list of all company projects and lists the email address for each tool supporting inbound emails: 
    • Project Name. The name of the project.
    • Emails Tab Address. The email address used to send emails to the Emails tool.
    • Photos Tab Address. The email address used to send emails to the Photos tool.
    • Site Diary Tab Address. The email address used to send emails to the Emails section of the log.
    • Documents Tab Address. The email address used to send emails to the Documents tool.
    • Document Fax Number. The fax number for the Documents tool.​
  3. If you want to export the report, click the Export > PDF.
