Export the Resource Request List
Objective
To export the Request List in Resource Planning.
Background
The Requests List provides a list of all open resource requests that have been submitted. You can search, sort and filter the list, as well as export the report to one of the supported file formats.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- You can search, sort or filter before you export. Your export reflects what is currently displayed on the resource Request List.
- Supported File Formats:
- Comma Separated Values (CSV)
- Portable Document File (PDF)
Steps
Follow these steps once you have configured your columns, sort order and filters:
- Click the Export
icon. - Select PDF or CSV.
- If exporting a PDF, select the Page Orientation and Paper Size.
- Click Export.
Tip
If a report does not immediately download, you can check the status by navigating to Reports and Queued Downloads.
