Search and Filter Action Plan Items

 

Objective

To search for and filter items within an individual Action Plan.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool.

Steps

  • Search for Action Plan Items
  • Filter Action Plan Items

Search for Action Plan Items

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
  2. If the action plan is in 'View' mode, click View next to the action plan you want to search.
    OR
    If the action plan is in 'Edit' mode, click Edit next to the action plan you want to search.
  3. Under 'Sections and Items', enter a keyword or phrase in the 'Search' box and press ENTER/RETURN on your keyboard or click the icon-search.png icon.
    The following plans item fields can be searched:
    • Title at the Section level
    • Title at the Item level
    • #
    • Acceptance Criteria
    • Notes
  4. To clear your search terms, click the X in the 'Search' box.

Filter Action Plan Items

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
  2. If the action plan is in 'View' mode, click View next to the action plan you want to filter.
    OR
    If the action plan is in 'Edit' mode, click Edit next to the action plan you want to filter.
  3. Under 'Sections and Items', click the Filter icon-filter2.png icon.
  4. Select the field(s) to filter by: 
    • Status
    • Reference Type
    • Due Date
    • Assignee
    • Verification Method
    • Record Type
  5. To clear your filters, click the X in the filtered field.
