Objective

To download tender documents as a tenderer using the company's Planroom tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the company's Planroom tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • Tender documents are only available to those outside users who have been invited to tender on a project. 

Steps

There are two ways you can download the tender documents.

  1. From the Email Invitation
  2. From the Planroom tool in Procore

See the following sections that outline how to accomplish each of these.

From the Email Invitation

To download the tender documents for this project, click the Download Files link in the "Invitation to Tender" email.

From the Planroom Tool 

You can also download the documents from the company's Planroom tool in Procore. 

  1. Log in to Procore.
  2. Navigate to the company's Planroom tool.
  3. Click on the tender package you would like to download the tender documents from.
  4. Click Tender Documents and select Download Documents or Email Documents.
