Added Payment applications To My Open Items On Company Portfolio & Project Home (12/4/2017) 

Now, payment applications created in the Commitments tool (see Create a Payment application) appear in the 'My Open Items' table on the company's Portfolio tool and the project's Home page. See Is there a way to see all the open items assigned to me?
