Payment Applications Tool Rollout Complete (13/4/2019)

Procore + QuickBooks: Availability of Send to ERP Button Based on Subcontractor Payment Application Status (12/4/2019)

When all payment applications on a commitment have a status of Approved, Approved as Noted or Pending Owner Approval the Send to ERP button appears on the subcontractor payment application view page, as well as on the Subcontractor tab of the Project level Payment applications tool. When any payment application is sent to the Draft, Under Review or Revise and Resubmit status, the Send to ERP button is dimmed and includes a tooltip. At this time, only the Procore + QuickBooks integration supports exporting subcontractor payment applications. Continued Rollout of New Payment Applications Tool (8/4/2019) 

Easily access your payment applications from the project-level tool menu! From the Payment applications tool, you can track all of your subcontractor and main contract payment applications. You can also perform key payment applications functions, such as inviting your subcontractors to bill, updating payment application status and managing your payment application settings. For more details, see Payment applications: Access Payment applications from the Project Tools

Phased Rollout of New Payment Applications Tool (24/3/2019)
