Procore

2019

Below are the notable changes to the project's Main Contract tool in 2019.

Enhanced Financial Line Item Experience (11/11/2019)

To provide you with a modern, consistent experience across Project Financials, Procore is releasing an updated financial line item experience. Users will have the opportunity to opt-in to preview the new experience during an initial rollout period. The initial rollout will update these Procore project tools: Change Events, Commitments, Direct Costs and Main Contracts. To learn the specifics, see Project Financials: Enhanced Financial Line Item Experience.

Export MCV Markups to Sage 300 CRE Estimates (22/8/2019)

Procore has released an update that was developed for companies utilising the automatic financial markup feature for Main Contract Variations on Sage 300 CRE®-integrated Main Contracts (see About Procore + Sage 300 CRE). The update allows individual markups to be selected as affecting the Contract Amount and the Estimate Amount when syncing Main Contract Variations. This mapping ensures that when a Main Contract Variation (MCV) is exported from Procore to Sage 300 CRE®, the estimate in Sage 300 CRE® is updated accordingly. Prior to this release, the export from Procore only updated revenue amounts. See ERP Integrations: Export MCV Markups to Sage 300 CRE Estimates.

Added CSV Export Menu Option (7/1/2019)

Updated the Export menu in the top-right corner of the Main Contract tool to add the CSV export option to the list of selections.

PDF Exports Now Show Tax Codes (8/1/2019)

Updated the PDF exports in the Main Contract, Variations (all tiers), and Commitments tools to now show tax codes for main contracts and commitments.
