Contract Room

The Contract Room is a shared portal where vendors can submit variations and payment applications directly to the project team for approval throughout the duration of the project. Upon approval, variations and payment applications automatically update on the project's Cost Tracker for a streamlined cost tracking process.

  • Set up, share, and manage contracts.
  • Add invoices and change orders, or have vendors submit them.
  • Approve or reject invoices and change orders.
  • Add and manage team and vendor contacts for Contract Rooms.
  • Send and receive messages on the Messages tab.
