Download Bid Documents for a Bid in Your Procore Construction Network Account

The Procore Construction Network is currently in a pilot phase, and the functionality described in this article is currently only available to a limited group of users. We will provide updates as we increase access.

Objective

To download bid documents for a bid in your Procore Construction Network account.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Member' permissions or higher for the Procore Construction Network account AND invited to the relevant bid.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Procore Construction Network account.
  2. Click Bid Board.pcn-bid-board-invitations.png
  3. Locate the bid that you want to download documents for.
  4. Click the download icon in the Actions column.
    A zip file will automatically download to your computer.
     Note
    If no documents exist for the bid package in Procore, the download icon is grayed out and cannot be clicked.
