Navigate to a Bid in Procore from Your Procore Construction Network Account

The Procore Construction Network is currently in a pilot phase, and the functionality described in this article is currently only available to a limited group of users. We will provide updates as we increase access.

Objective

To navigate to a bid package in Procore from the Bid Board in your Procore Construction Network account.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Member' permissions or higher for the Procore Construction Network account AND invited to the relevant bid.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Procore Construction Network account.
  2. Click Bid Board.pcn-bid-board-invitations.png
  3. Locate the bid that you want to view in Procore.
  4. Click the name of the bid package in the Bid Package column.
    A new tab opens and directs you to the Planroom tool in Procore, where you can submit a bid if needed. See Submit a Bid.
    Note: You can click on the original tab at any time to go back to the Bid Board.
