View Tender Documents in Your Free Procore Account

Objective

To view tender documents in your free Procore account.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Member' permissions or higher for the Procore Construction Network account AND invited to the relevant bid.
• Additional Information:
  • If you need to upload your own tender documents, see Upload Documents to a Tender from Your Free Procore Account.

Steps

1. Log in to your free Procore account.
2. Click Tender Board.
   
3. Open the tender that you want to view documents for.
4. Click the Documents tab.
5. Click though the folders on the left panel to browse through documents.
   • To open a document to view in more detail, click the document name or drawing preview.
   • To download tender document, click the vertical ellipsis icon and select Download. See Download Tender Documents for a Tender in Your Free Procore Account.
