Below are notable changes to Procore for the week ending Friday, August 10, 2018.

Updated the Sidebar in the Company Admin Tool (8/8/2018)

Renamed the links in the Company level Admin tool's sidebar and organised them into three (3) groups: Administrative Settings, Project Settings and Tool Settings. See Admin: Updated the Sidebar in the Company Admin Tool.

New 'Inactivate User' Granular Permission (10/8/2018)

Updated the Company level Directory tool to add a new 'Inactivate User' granular permission. This provides end users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permission on the Directory tool to be granted the privilege to make a user account inactive on a project. 

Updated the Behaviour of Distribution Groups For Active/Inactive User Accounts (9/8/2018)

When a user's account in inactivated, Procore also removes that user from the membership list for all distribution groups to which they belonged. If they the user's account is reactivated, they ar NOT automatically added back as members in distribution groups.

Renamed 'Connected Apps' to 'My Connected Apps' (8/8/2018)

Renamed the 'Connected Apps' tab to 'My Connected Apps'. End users can see this change by clicking their Profile Picture or Avatar and choosing My Account Settings from the drop-down menu in Procore's navigation bar. 

Added 'Lunch Time' Field To Custom Reports (7/8/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add the 'Lunch Time' field to custom reports that include data from the Timesheets tool.

Reordered Field Productivity Custom Report Templates (7/8/2018)

Reordered the Field Productivity report templates by moving Weekly Timesheets by Employee and Payroll Report to the beginning of the list.

Updated Search Results for International Customers (10/8/2018)

Updated the Project level Tendering tool to hide tendering items specific to the United States in Search results, as they are not relevant to companies located in the United States. 

Added 'Sub Job' Column on the List Tab (9/8/2018)

Updated the Project level Submittals tool to add a 'Sub Job' column to the List tab. 

More Flexible Configuration Settings for Submittal Email Notifications (6/8/2018)

Updated the Project level Submittals tool to give users with 'Admin' level permission the ability to configure the tool's email notification settings with a greater level of granularity. With this update, email notifications that have previously been sent out automatically can now be turned ON and OFF based on a user's role as designated on your project's individual submittals. Updated the Behaviour of Filters in Budget Tool (6/8/2018)

Updated the Project level Budget tool so that now, the Budget table only refreshes after all filter selections has been selected. 

Added Contract Dates to PDFs (9/8/2018)

Updated the Project level Variations tool to provide users with the ability to add Contract Dates to Subcontract and Purchase Variation PDFs.

Main Contract
Updated Tooltip on the Synced Filter (10/8/2018)

Updated the tooltip on the 'Synced' filter in the Main Contract tool's ERP tab. Where there is no data to re-import, the tooltip now reads, "There are no updates to import for this Main Contract".

Added 'Overdue' Option to Filters (10/8/2018)

Updated the Observations tool to add an 'Overdue' option to the list of selections in the Add a Filter menu. This is available on the List, Grouped By Type and Recycle Bin tabs.

Removed Sidebar and Moved Actions to Drop-Down Menu (8/8/2018)

Updated the Project level Crews tool to remove the sidebar and to move the orange buttons into a "Create" and "Reports" drop-down menu in the top right corner.

Add Contract Item Codes for New Main Contract Line Items (6/8/2018)

Updated the ERP Integrations tool for Sage 300 CRE® to end users can now add contract item codes for new Main Contract line items created during the creation of a Main Contract Variation.
