Added the ability for users with Tendering Admin permissions on ERP enabled projects to convert tenders to purchase orders. See Award a Winning Tender and Convert into a Purchase Order.
Documents
Updated Process for Uploading Files and Creating Folders (27/02/2019)
The Documents tool has been redesigned with a more streamlined process for adding files and folders. The modernised upload process allows for more reliable uploads for larger files and will allow for upcoming improvements. Additionally, having file uploads and folder creation accessible from the same drop-down menu at the top of the page offers a more consistent and intuitive user experience. See Documents: Updated Process for Uploading Files and Creating Folders.
Construction Financials
Variations
Showing Variation BOQ Line Item Detail on PDFs
This improvement allows clients to disable the setting for the Main Contract while enabling the setting for the Commitment tools (or vice versa). Previously, one setting controlled both the Main Contract and the Commitment tools.
Quality & Safety
Observations
Designate Fields as Required, Optional or Hidden
Users with Admin permission on the Company level Admin tool can now designate which fields in the observations tool should be considered Required, Optional, or Hidden. These "fieldsets" can be set for each Observation Category and affect both the Procore web application and Procore Mobile. See Configure Observation Fieldsets.
Field Productivity
Coordination Issues
Unlink a Coordination Issue from an RFI (26/2/2019)
If you elevated a co-ordination issue to an RFI and need to disassociate it from the RFI that it was linked to, you can now unlink the RFI from the co-ordination issue. This will remove the connection between the two items and change the status of the co-ordination issue to "Open." See Co-ordination Issues: Unlink a Co-ordination Issue from an RFI.
