Procore iOS App: No Longer Providing Updates for iOS 14
This announcement represents a single point in time. Future releases may impact the information below.
Announced: February 28, 2023 / Updated: March 27, 2023
Updated Operating System Requirements for the Procore iOS App
As of March 27th, 2023, the minimum operating system requirement for the Procore app has been updated to iOS 15.4.1. The last supported version for iOS 14 is 2023.0320. Apple no longer supports devices running iOS 14 or older and as part of Apple's guidance and industry best practices, Procore quickly adopted iOS 16.
In order to continue receiving automatic Procore iOS app enhancements and bug fixes, your iOS mobile device will need to be updated to at least iOS 15.4.1, but we recommend updating your mobile device to iOS 16 in order to best protect your data. Most devices using the Procore app today already run a supported version of iOS or are eligible to update to iOS 16 at no cost. If your device cannot run iOS 15 or iPad OS 15, we recommend upgrading that device to ensure continued app support. See the list of compatible devices in the Which devices are compatible? section below.
What happens if my device is still using iOS 14?
If you do not update your mobile device to iOS 15.4.1 or later, you can still use the version of the Procore iOS that is already installed on your device, but you will not be able to receive app updates or bug fixes for the app. We cannot guarantee how long the installed version will continue to work without issues.
How do I update my device?
Your device can be updated by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update. To view more information on updating your device, see Apple's support article: Update your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
Note: If your device is issued and managed by your company, you may need to contact your IT department to perform the update.
