How do I stop a meeting item from carrying over to a follow-up meeting?

To stop a meeting item from carrying over, it will need to be closed out. When viewing the meeting you would like to create a follow-up meeting for, navigate to the item that should not carry over and change the status from "Open" to "Closed" in the Status column. When you create a follow-up meeting, this item will drop off the list.
