How do I sync my Main Contract with Acumatica or MYOB Advanced Construction?

Your ERP integration often requires you to take specific actions in order to sync items like contracts, payment applications or variations. With Procore's Acumatica Cloud ERP and MYOB Advanced Construction Connectors, there is no action required to sync your main contract. However, certain conditions must be met for an automatic sync to be activated. 

Answer

Main contracts in Procore automatically sync to Acumatica Cloud ERP or MYOB Advanced Construction as a summarised single line item within the Revenue Budget tab. Your main contract is automatically synced when the following conditions are met:

  • The project is synced with Acumatica Cloud ERP or MYOB Advanced Construction.
  • A main contract exists in the 'Approved' status.
  • At least one (1) line item with a non-zero value has been added to the contract's bill of quantities (BOQ).
  • The contract number must consist of no more than seven (7) alphanumeric characters.

This automatic sync detects changes made to the contract's value in Procore as they occur and updates the corresponding summarised value in Acumatica Cloud ERP or MYOB Advanced Construction accordingly.
