When is a submittal attachment labelled as 'Current' in the 'Submittal Workflow' table?
Answer
The Version column in the 'Submittal Workflow' table indicates whether the attachments in each step of the submittal workflow are considered current. An attachment is considered current when one or both of the following statements is true:
- It has markup that was added in Procore during the active or the most recently completed workflow step.
- It was uploaded in the active or the most recently completed workflow step.
Current attachments are labelled 'Current' in the Version column in the 'Submittal Workflow' table.
If the file name for an attachment is crossed out in the submittal's General Information row or in a step of the submittal workflow and a banner with the text "Non-Current Attachment" displays when the attachment is opened in Procore, this indicates that the attachment is a previous version of an attachment that had markups added to it in Procore.
If an attachment is not labelled as Current and the file name is not crossed out, the attachment was not included in the active or the most recently completed step in the submittal workflow.
Note: Adding a cover sheet or blank sheet will not mark the attachment as current.
