Why can I view the Commitments tool but cannot see any commitments?
When you click into a project, you may have the ability to view the Commitments tab in the project's navigation bar. However, once you click the tab, it appears empty and you may see the following message, "There are no commitments in this project," even though you know that commitments exist in the project.
You are able to see the Commitments tool because your permission settings for the Commitments tool is set to 'Read-only' or above. However, you cannot view the commitments because the actual commitments are set to "Private." Only users with 'Admin' level permissions or users who are specifically given permission to view each commitment, are able to view commitments. Please contact the project administrator to request access to view a project's commitments.
