Why can't I add Procore tools to my Favourites list?

Answer

The two most common reasons for not being able to add a Procore tool to your Company or Project level Favourites list are:

• The maximum number of favourites per Procore user account is ten (10) and you've met this limit. See How do I add tools to my Favourites list in Procore?
  OR
• You do not have 'Read Only' level permissions or higher to the tool that you want to add to your favourites. To obtain permission, contact your company's Procore Administrator. Typically, permissions are managed using permissions templates. For details, see Manage Project Permissions Templates and Manage Company Permissions Templates.
