Why can't I export an item from Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning?

You are in Portfolio Financials trying to export an item, such as a report, but nothing happens.
Occasionally, pop-up blockers within your browser can block certain actions in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning, such as downloading an Excel report or PDF file. You can either temporarily disable your pop-up blocker or add Procore to the list of exceptions for blocking pop-ups (recommended).
We also recommend using Google Chrome browser for the best user experience.
