Why is the Add Visual button unavailable on my custom report?

Answer

There can be a few reasons that the Add Visual button is not available on your custom report:

  • If your custom report data includes more than 2500 records, you will not have the option to add visuals to a report. If you want to enable the capability to add visuals to a report, you must first apply filters to limit the number of records being included in the custom report's data set. 
  • If your Procore user account has not been granted the appropriate access permissions, the Add Visual button will not be available. See Add a Visual to a Company Level Custom Report or Add a Visual to a Project Level Custom Report for information.
  • Reports are limited to one (1) visual per tab. If your tab already has a visual, you cannot add another one.
