Create a Snag List Item from a Location (Android)

Objective

To create a snag list item from the Locations tool using an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Snag List tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
  2. Tap the QR Code icon-qr-mobile.png icon to scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
    OR
    Tap the location.
     Tip
    Tap the expand arrow icon-arrow-expand.png next to a location to see the sub locations.
  3. If prompted, tap View Details.
  4. Tap the add icon-plus-quick-create-mobile2.png icon and select Snag List.
  5. Select a template to use for the new item or tap Create Snag Without a Template.
  6. Tap into the fields to enter the appropriate information. See Create a Punch List Item (Android).
  7. Tap Save & Finish to save the new snag list item and return to the Locations tool.
    OR
    Tap Save & New to save your changes and begin a new snag list item.
    Note: The snag list item is automatically added to the location and the Snag List tool.
