Remove Records from Action Plan Items (iOS)

Objective 

To remove records from an action plan item on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool.
      OR
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Action Plans tool with the 'Add Records' granular permission enabled.
  • Limitations:
    • Mobile users cannot currently see if Observations or Meetings are requested as records.
    • To add requested records, you must have permissions to view the item(s) in the respective tool(s).

Steps 

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
  2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.
  3. Tap the action plan.
    Note: Action plans that are in 'Edit' mode have 'Awaiting Changes' banners in the action plans list view.
  4. Tap the item you want to remove records from.
  5. Remove the record.
    • For Inspections, Correspondence, Submittals or Forms:
      1. Tap # of Linked [Record Type].
      2. Tap Edit.
      3. Tap the Record you want to remove.
      4. Tap Remove.
    • For Photos, Attachments or Documents:
      1. Tap the Record.
      2. Tap the Rubbish Can icon-delete-trash6.png icon.
      3. Tap Delete.
